Join us for the St. Louis Track Club Member Appreciation 5k Race in beautiful Tower Grove Park, FREE for our members!
Join us May 3, 2026, for a celebration of our incredible members. Your dedication and passion for the St. Louis Track Club is what makes our running community so vibrant and inspiring.

WHEN: May 3, 2026. The 5k race begins at 9am, the Fun Run begins at 10 a.m.
WHERE: The Son's of Rest Shelter in Tower Grove park
(closest to the corner of Grand Ave and Arsenal Rd). Tower Grove Park is a public park and level II arboretum with over 7,000 trees, seven miles of running/walking trails, a tennis and pickleball center, 15 recreation fields, twelve historic Victorian pavilions, and more. The start and finish line will be near the Son's of Rest Pavilion at the east end of the park. Restrooms will be available on site.
Feel free to bring chairs, tents, coolers and food to enjoy while you hang out with us and cheer! As an added bonus, after this year's race we'll be having a Volunteer Appreciation Picnic. Stick around as we celebrate the all the wonderful volunteers who make everything the club does possible.
Spectators: This horseshoe like route makes for an easy way to see your runners not only at the start and finish but also at the halfway point.

The Course
The course is a 5K that starts and ends at the Sons of Rest Pavilion in Tower Grove Park. There are two road crossings, so runners should remain aware of their surroundings at all times. The one-mile fun run is an out and back from the start/finish.

The Member Appreciation 5K is FREE for St. Louis Track Club members, and $30 for non-members. To join SLTC, visit: https://runsignup.com/MemberOrg/StLouisTrackClub. Once you join, the registration for the Member 5K will be FREE!
All finishers who register before April 15 will receive a medal and t-shirt.
Packet pickup will take place before the race, beginning at 8 a.m. The race begins at 9 a.m. and the fun run begins at 10 a.m.
The start and finish will be by the Sons of Rest pavilion in Tower Grove Park. The course follows a horseshoe path through the park, ending at the same place it starts.
Water and electrolyte drink (Gatorade) will be available at the Start/Finish only.
