$55 per individual

Beginner to Expert
Ages 18+

Participants will receive a T-Shirt and a Medal

Awards for Top Female and Top Male Finisher

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
 Start with a 15-minute swim.
 5 Minute transition to cycle area.
 Cycle on the spin bike for 20 minutes.
 5 minutes to the treadmill.
 Finish with a 20-minute run.
