Juneteenth Community Ride – Reimagined as a Day of Giving
In light of the recent tornado damage in North St. Louis, we’ve pivoted this year’s Juneteenth Community Ride into a meaningful volunteer activation focused on support and healing.
Instead of a ride, we’ll gather on Saturday, June 14, at 9 a.m. at 4157 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive (The Ville) to deliver red velvet donuts — a traditional Juneteenth treat — to nearby neighborhoods impacted by the storm. Volunteers will help distribute 400 donuts, flyers, and messages of hope by bike and on foot within a two-mile radius.
This is a chance to honor the spirit of Juneteenth with action, compassion, and community. There will be music, coffee, and plenty of cheer at our launch point.
🛑 Space is limited—please register in advance so we can coordinate volunteer roles and provide final event info.
Thank you for being part of this special day. Let’s come together to spread joy and support our neighbors in recovery.
