Description

The Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology will return as a hybrid event with an in-person race planned for September 2, 2021 and a virtual race option to participate in a location and time of your choosing, between September 2-5, 2021. All participants will receive our signature soft-style Biz Dash shirt, race bib, and additional swag items to be announced!

Promote health and wellness in the workplace, and encourage everyone to get outside and get active at a time that is convenient for their schedule. The Biz Dash 5K is a great activity for team bonding while staying socially distant. All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their "Company Team." If your organization is not participating, you can register as an individual on the Sports Foundation Team and participate in this year's event.

The Biz Dash is St. Louis’ version of the corporate run which has become widely popular in many cities across the country. The heart of the event is to bring our community together and promote a healthy lifestyle. Studies have shown that the healthier (and happier) the employee, the more productive they are in the workplace thereby attributing to a higher achieving organization. The Biz Dash is all about inclusion, so everyone from your office is encouraged to get involved.

BENEFITING THE ST. LOUIS SPORTS FOUNDATION

Through several innovative programs and platforms, the St. Louis Sports Foundation – the 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of the St. Louis Sports Commission – promotes sportsmanship in the community and fosters a culture of kindness, respect, civility and selflessness. The Foundation also serves as the umbrella organization for the Sports Commission’s Olympic Legacy initiative, which aims to positively impact St. Louis through its opportunities as an Olympic City.
