Packet pickup is currently scheduled for race day ONLY and will open 1.5 hours before the event starts.
If a pre-race day packet pickup opens up we will email all participants!

The Victory Project is committed to enriching the lives of kids fighting cancer and eliminating barriers to the beautiful game.
Victory Run x Planet Fitness will be raising funds that will be used to further this mission, including providing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for kids fighting cancer to experience a VIP weekend with Sporting Kansas City as our Match Day Honorees. This experience includes a personal meet-and-greet with the team, a weekend at Great Wolf Lodge, and an all-inclusive experience on match day. Since 2013, The Victory Project and Sporting Kansas City have honored over 200 kids thanks to the generosity of partners like Planet Fitness!
The Victory Project, we see this as an amazing opportunity to spread the word about our cause and to engage more people in our mission so that we can create greater impact and serve even more kids.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
All events proceed rain, shine, snow, or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no-refund policy. If you are unable to participate in the event, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal, and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course.
This time of year the weather is iffy, but we will only cancel if our venue requires cancellation, or if there are ice hazards on the roads or course.
