Description
Come and join us for the Inaugural Derricotte Dash in beautiful Cuivre River State Park! This event offers a challenging 8K on the Lone Spring Trail through the Northwoods Wild Area of the park. There will also be an optional 1-mile "fun walk" and kid-friendly activities. Both the Trail run and the walk will start in Camp Derricotte with awards and refreshments being provided after each event. Refreshments will be available after the race, and awards will be presented to top finishers in each age division, and overall finishers.
Entry fee includes a custom-designed, moisture-wicking t-shirt for registrations received before May 2, 2015.
Each athlete is eligible for awards as follows:
Top 3 overall male and female
Top finisher - male and female in these categories: 0-15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
There will be no awards for the mile fun run.
