Open Water Swim - Innsbrook Resort

Join MSE Racing and Coach Sally Drake for an open water swim session/clinic at gorgeous Alpine Lake in Innsbrook, Missouri. 

This Open Water Swim event is open to all levels.  This session includes an optional swim clinic to help newbies prepare and gain helpful tips for open water swimming and race day strategies. For those with experience, just swim and enjoy! 

During the session lifeguards will be in the water to ensure the safety of the participants, there will also be buoys setup in the water to practice sighting.  

Directions to the swim at Alpine Lake:
- Pull into the main entrance off of Hwy F
- Take an immediate right onto Aspen Way Dr.
- Right on Meadow Valley
- Left on Lake Konstanz
- Left on Alpine Lake Dr.
You will see the lake on the right. Go almost past it and turn left into the boat ramp lot. Parking will be limited there, other parking will be marked with signs as you enter the area.
