This event brings together families, friends, and community members to honor and remember loved ones while raising awareness and funds to support individuals experiencing pregnancy and infant loss.

$10,000 – Title Sponsor (Exclusive – Only One Available)

$2,500 – Platinum Sponsor (Deadline: October 1st)

  • Medium Logo: On race t-shirts
  • Verbal Recognition: Acknowledgment by the race emcee
  • Social Media & Newsletter Feature: Sponsor recognition
  • Complimentary Registrations: 6 registrations + 20% off additional entries (max of 20)

$1,000 – Gold Sponsor (Deadline: October 1st)

  • Small Logo: On race t-shirts
  • Newsletter Recognition: Acknowledgment in the event newsletter
  • Complimentary Registrations: 4 registrations + 15% off additional entries (max of 10)

$500 – Silver Sponsor (Deadline: October 1st)

  • Business Name: On race t-shirts
  • Complimentary Registrations: 2 registrations + 10% off additional entries (max of 10)

$250 – Bronze Sponsor (Deadline: October 1st)

  • Social Media Recognition: Acknowledgment in event social media posts
  • Complimentary Registration: 1 registration

$100 – Copper Sponsor (Deadline: October 1st)

  • Logo on Race Website: Featured on event page
  • Social Media Recognition: Business name included in post-event thank-you on social media
  • Inserts or Samples: An opportunity to include up to 250 items in goodie bags
  • Vendor Booth: Included

Alternative Ways to Support

Not able to commit to a sponsorship level? There are other impactful ways to get involved:

  • In-Kind Donations: Businesses donating goods or services receive sponsorship benefits aligned with the estimated value of their contribution (available for levels below $1K).

  • Vendor Booth Opportunities: Vendor booths are available through the Copper Sponsor level ($100) and above, with placement priority based on sponsorship tier.
