Bay Saint Louis Running Company 2024 Winter 5K Boot Camp

BECOME A RUNNER IN 2024!! Our 5K Boot Camp will begin Monday, January 8,2024 and run for 6 weeks! Whether you've never run before and don't know where to start, or you used to run and are trying to ease back into it, we are here to help! We take you through a guided, gentle, run/walk program which trains you to run a 5K (3.1 miles) in a matter of weeks. We will meet at at the Washington St. Pavilion in Bay Saint Louis at 5:30 AM Mondays and Wednesdays. Our 5K Boot Camp  is a powerful combination of a proven running structure, coaches to provide accountability, and an encouraging group to share the journey with you. There are spots available. 

We will also have a clinic that runs simultaneously for runners who are looking to improve their speed! This program is for runners who can currently run a 5k and are looking to improve their pace.
