Mixed up Mondays Running Camp: Please join us for a four week boot camp that incorporates a new modality (yoga, HIIT, Pilates, TRX, etc) each Monday with running on Wednesday and Friday. 
Our experienced coaches will run with you 2 times per week in the 4 weeks.

Doesn’t a 5k Sunrise Run/Walk followed by Yoga by the Bay (taught by the talented Connie Raley) followed by mimosas and light refreshments sound like the perfect way to start your Sunday?? This is an untimed event! Join us July 30th @ 6:00 AM! Yoga only options available!

Want to run a 10k? Thinking about beginning training for a half and need a place to start? Whether it's your first 10k or your first 10k in a while, we will get you across the finish line through our 6-week training program!
Our experienced coaches will run with you 3 times per week in the 6 weeks leading up to the race. You'll gain the confidence, techniques, secrets, and fitness needed to cross the finish line!

The second annual Bay Saint Louis Run + SUP event will be held on August 12th. A quick 5k followed by a 1 mile stand up paddle. Relay options available (you run- your friend paddles)! This was a super good time last year and we are looking forward to a great race this year. This year will be chip timed!! We also will have snowballs after the race in addition to our usual amazing food and drinks.

Run for BAYS Soccer on August 26th @ 8:00 AM- this is a FREE 5k run/walk social run that starts and ends at the Mockingbird. BAYS Soccer is a nonprofit that is dedicated to the development and promotion of soccer for our youth in Hancock County. Please bring a monetary donation (via this signup or in person) as your registration fee. This event is co-sponsored with our friends at Mockingbird Cafe and benefits our friends at BAYS soccer! The 4th annual Swim Across the Bay will be held on Sunday September 17th @ 7:30 AM. This is an exciting 2 mile open water swim that begins in the Pass and ends in the Bay. This event will also be chip timed this year and more buoys will be added 🙂

The second annual Cult Classics 5k will be held on October 28th at the Mockingbird Cafe. This event had AHMAZING costumes last year and there are prizes for best costumes. This is a loop 5k that begins and ends at The Mockingbird Cafe. You don’t want to miss this!!

The 12th annual The Bay Saint Louis Turkey Trot 5K will be held on Thanksgiving morning with the 5k starting at 8:00 AM and the 1 mile fun run starting at 9:00 AM. Proceeds benefit Friends of the Animal Shelter in Hancock County and all leftover nonperishables will be donated to the blessings box at Ruth’s Roots. This is the PERFECT way to start your Thanksgiving morning.
