Description
The Pontotoc Juniorettes Club, those high school students that you have seen directing your turns and handing out water along the route in years past, will host the race this year. The Pontotoc Juniorettes Club is a division of the Pontotoc Woman's Club. Our club is comprised of high school students across Pontotoc County who dive into projects that focus on our youth while helping our communities thrive.
Walkers and runners will pass through picturesque Pontotoc, Mississippi-the business district and the holiday decorated residential area.
Awards will be given to the top 3 winners in each age division, male and female, as well as overall winner.
Registration will be online only, until December 5. Registration will be available the morning of the race (December 9) from 6am until 7:30 am. Registration online will close Monday, December 5. A Late fee of $5 will be assessed to any registrants who register after December 1st at 12pm (noon). Those who register late WILL NOT be guaranteed a t-shirt on race day. ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 5.
Event fees are $30 per individual. (Unless registering after noon on Dec. 1, when a $5 late fee will be assessed) A special discount will be offered to Cross County students and first responders, for these individuals the cost of the race will be $20
Packet pick up will be at the Pontotoc Chamber of Commerce starting Friday, December 10 from 5pm to 7pm. And resuming Saturday, December 11 from 7 am until 8 am, when the race begins.
