We are proud to announce the speaker for Lioness Arising #3 is MTNTOUGH'er Heather Sipes-Tucker. In 2011, the unthinkable happened when Heather's husband was killed in a tragic accident in North Carolina, leaving her a widow with 2 young children at home. Heather has a powerful message about overcoming tragedy, the power of community, and finding your "why" after hitting rock-bottom. An inspirational message of resolve & strength and one you won't want to miss!
All ladies are welcome, limits will be broken, and dinner will be served. Bring your workout clothes and be prepared for a killer team based workout.
