MSU Bobcat Triathlon

The Bobcat Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon in Bozeman that is geared towards athletes of every skill level. This event is hosted by the MSU Triathlon Club and all proceeds go towards making this awesome club succeed and grow, allowing us to share the sport with more and more local people and college students.

The race is in a two day format. The swim will be conducted in the Hosaeus Fitness Center on Friday, September 21, 2018. Racers will be able to come to the pool at any time between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm to complete the 750m swim. The next day at 9:00 am the 12 mi. bike will begin at the Triple Tree parking lot. The bike course travels down Sourdough, turns left on Goldenstein, then left again on 3rd, and then turns around and follows itself back to the parking lot. The run is a 5k out and back course on the Triple Tree trail system. Food, results, prizes, good company, and awards will be available immediately after the race.

Parking at Triple Tree for the second day of events is not allowed! We will meet at the Feildhouse parking lot at 8:00 am sharp to shuttle participants, spectators, and their gear to and from Triple Tree. Triple Tree is only five miles away from campus, so racers wanting to warm up riding to the start are encouraged to do so!

The registration cost is $50 until September 8, after which it will be $65. No day of registration will be allowed. Please email nicksnow242@yahoo.com with any questions.
