ROC Roll & Run is Going VIRTUAL 5K
The ROC Roll & Run is now a VIRTUAL 5K. Virtual races allow participants to choose their own course rather than coming to a specific race day location. You can run, walk, or wheel a 5K anywhere you want, even on a treadmill! Your race bibs and T-Shirts will be mailed to the address you provide upon registration. Register by May 12th to guarantee shirt size and delivery prior to race day! Choose your course and celebrate mobility with us on June 6th, 2020. Use #ROCROLLRUN to share your stats and photos on social media!
