Free introductory track and field meet for boys and girls ages 9, 10 and 11. Events include:
• 100m
• 200m
• 400m
• long jump
• softball throw
The HEAT Meet provides kids a fun, initial exposure to track and field competition. The meet is structured to generate interest and excitement for a large number of participants, with kids competing against their own age and gender.
