Description
Join us for an afternoon filled with fun, friends, and Halloween running! A fully accessible 5k and 1k course on the University of Montana campus will take runners through autumn leaves in the beautiful sunshine. Costume contests and top finisher prizes will accompany post-race snacks. All proceeds benefit the UM Physical Therapy Student Association, so put on your favorite costume and come "move for your bones" on Sunday, October 27th! 1k race starts at 2:15pm with the 5k starting at 3:00 pm.
PACKET PICK-UP and REGISTRATION at the picnic tables on top of underground Urey Lecture Hall (just east of Skaggs building):
- Saturday October 26th after the 12:00 football game 3:00-5:00 pm
- Sunday October 27th (race day), 1:30-2:45 pm
Special Notes:
- This course does not meet full ADA standards but was designed to be fully accessible.
- We will have adaptive bikes available for those who require it for participation. Please fill out the attached request form as soon as possible so we can have the equipment prepared for you.
- Only registered service animals are permitted at the event.
- Strollers are welcome, so bring your little ones! Please be considerate of other runners by starting near the back.
- T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed on race day for registrations received after October 15.
- Prizes will be awarded for best costume (adult and child). The top 2 finishers for both male and female categories will also receive prizes for each race.
