Join us for our annual Women's Running Clinic held in a virtual format this year where we will cover topics such as strength training for runners, common pelvic floor dysfunctions in female runners, optimal running gait mechanics, and disordered eating and body positivity. We will also be offering an optional in-person seminar in the afternoon where you have the opportunity to go through a 2D running analysis, go through a sample strength training workout, and ask a few of our speakers questions about topics covered in the seminar.
