Global Mission of Caring in Malawi

 "Raise your hand and make a difference!" 

Together we can build a library for the children in Malawi.

A group employees from Holman is heading to Malawi next year with UrbanPromise International, from June 29 to July 9, to build a library at one of the local ministries of UrbanPromise International. These ministries are on a mission to create an environment where under-resourced children and young people are presented with educational, economic, and leadership development opportunities. The goal is to enable children in rural communities to escape great limitations that can have a long-lasting impact on their lives, families, and communities! 

We are looking to raise $115,000 to build a library for the children. This is an opportunity to physically build something that will make a difference in these children's lives. You don't have to be a carpenter or know how to hammer a nail; there is plenty to do for everyone. Construction is due to start in the Spring and the Holman group will fly in to put on the final coats of paint and build book shelfs.
