8:30am - Announcements, first call for warm up
8:35am - Warm up led by YogaSix
8:50am - Call to start corral
8:52am - Safety briefing by GCXC
9:00am - Kids' dash
9:05am - 5K and one mile start (one milers start to the rear)
10:30am- Awards
11:00am- Course closes, Boathouse parking lot reopens to traffic after clean up
Where is the race?
North Park Boathouse, 10301 Pierce Mill Rd. Allison Park, PA 15101
Where do I park?
All participants' parking is across the street near the Rose Barn. The Boathouse is CLOSED and unavailable for participants.
Where is packet pick up?
We're registering you that morning at the Boathouse! You'll pick up your bib, tote bag and goodies in the Boathouse parking lot on Saturday morning. Registration opens at 7:30am.

What about the weather?
It's going to be HOT. Be sure to hydrate the day before, morning of and after the race. A water station will be available at the course turn around as well as at the finish line. Our friends at the McCandless/Franklin Park Ambulance Authority will have an ambulance in attendance.
