FAQs

***All participants should plan on arriving between 9AM-9:30AM to allow time to park, walk to the track, get checked-in, and change into your event t-shirt. At 9:30AM, we’ll hold an optional 10 minute group stretch and mindfulness session down at the track. We ask that everyone meet on the track in front of the bleachers at 9:45AM for a brief welcome message, a few announcements, and a group photo. The walk/run will begin at 10:00AM. Just as a reminder, the Walk/Run is not timed and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace.***

Event Location: The Walk/Run will take place at the Karl Straus Track at UNC-Asheville (600 Wellness Way, Asheville NC 28804)
