 Q:  What are the course routes?  A: All of the point ot point routes follow the same couse back to the Mercy Health Campus and they can be found here:  90 Mile Route, the 60 mile route the 20  mile route. and the 10 mile route.

Q: When is packet pick-up and check in? A: Packet pick up will be held on Friday night at the Saint Mary's Foundation office on Friday, August 26 from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

90 Mile Riders – Packet pick-up is only available on Friday night and will not be available at the starting line At Gun Lake Casino. 90 Mile riders utilizing the bike transportation are required to drop off bike on Friday at packet pick-up.
60 Mile Riders – Packet pick-up is available Friday night or Saturday morning at Mercy Health Saint
Mary's. Packet pick-up is not available at the starting line in Fennville. 60 Mile riders utilizing the bike transportation are required to drop off bike on Friday at packet pick-up.
20 Mile riders – Packet pick-up is available Friday night or Saturday morning at Mercy Health Saint
Mary's. Packet pick-up is not available at the starting line in Jamestown. 20 Mile riders utilizing the bike transportation are required to drop off bike on Friday at packet pick-up.

Q: Can my friend still register to ride? A: Yes! They may register at packet pick-up on Friday from 3:00 to 8:30 PM at the Saint Mary's Foundation. If they would like to use the transportation, they MUST bring their bike on Friday to the packet pick-up.

Q: What is a Virtual Race? A: Simply put a virtual race is a race on your own terms. You choose the location, the time, and the distance. Your race fee is donated to the cause and you receive a t-shirt and bike plate number in the mail.
 

Q:Why is it called a virtual race? A: A virtual race is a self-motivated race by completing a specific distance of cycling on a date and time of your choosing, anywhere in the world. Virtual racing can be done at the gym, with friends, alone, in the evening, or at the break of dawn, it’s your choice. 
 

Q: Will the ride be timed? A: Yes.

Q: Do I need to wear a helmet? A: Yes.

 Q: Will my bike be safe overnight? A: Yes. We have an experience team checking in bikes and have a hired security team which will guard the locked vehicle that all bikes will be stored in.

Q: But really, how safe will my bike be overnight? A: Super safe! Our hired security team will be on site and scheduled to check the lock every 30 mins. The storage area will also be under video surveillance.

Q: How do 90, 60 and 20 Mile riders get to the starting line? A: We will have shuttles and bike transportation available to bring 90, 60 and 20 mile riders to the start line. The fee to use the shuttle and bike transportation is $10 and space is limited. The shuttle will leave at their outlined times. OR simply meet us at the starting line.

 Q: Will my bike be safe during the transportation from the Saint Mary's Foundation to the starting line? A: Yes. We are working with a professional moving company that has managed this service for other bike rides across the country. All bikes will be transported with professional moving blankets and supplies. Bike shops will be on-site for any necessary tune-ups after the transportation.

Q: Do I need to use the shuttle and bike transportation? A: No. We understand this may not be your preference and invite you to have someone drop you and your bike off at the starting line.

Q: Will you have bag check? A: Yes. We will have bag check available at each starting line. All riders will be allowed to check in one bag. The bags will be tagged and transported to the finishing line (Mercy Health) for all riders.

Q: Will I get my jersey that I ordered? A: Unfortunately. no. They will arrive just after the ride and will be mailed to riders shortly after the ride.

Q: Hey, what happened to the 90 Mile Route? A: At the beginning of race week, we had less than 10 riders signed up, so we were forced to cancel it. (It turns out, that after we canceled, riders came out of the woodwork to sign up for the 90 Mile, but were just waiting until the last minute. Shoot.)

36 Mile Stop: Gatorade, water, watermelon wedges, half bananas, orange slices, pretzels & hummus
50 Mile Stop: Gatorade, water, watermelon wedges, half bananas, orange slices, trail mix


20 Mile Ride

13 Mile Stop: Gatorade, water, watermelon wedges, half bananas, orange slices, trail mix
