1. What does my entry fee include?
The Live Race includes:
- T-shirt (pick up on race day or during packet pick up. Pick up information will be sent to you)
- Medal for top 2 finishers in the 5K race in various age groups both male and female
- Chipped Timed race
- Snack & water bottle
- Closing awards ceremony
- Kickoff video
- Printable finisher's certificate (found in your runsignup profile)
- Training tips
The Virtual Race includes:
- T-shirt (picked up at Mitzvah Circle's warehouse or packet pick up- Pick up information will be sent to you)
- Printable race bib (access under your profile in runsignup)
- Printable finisher's certificate (access under your profile in runsignup)

2. How do I get my t-shirt & bib? You can pick up your t-shirt at Mitzvah Circle warehouse during normal business hours (2562 Boulevard of the Generals, Norristown, PA 19403). . You will also be able to pick shirts and bibs up on race day starting at 7:30am or during packet pick up-Pick up dates, times & locations will be sent to you. Virtual runners can print their bibs & finisher's certificates from their profile on runsignup.
3. Will the race be live? The race will have both live and virtual options.
4. Are refunds permitted? There are no refunds allowed for the race unless it is cancelled, however, you can transfer between events or transfer your registration to another person as a gift.
5. What if I choose to run in person then want to switch to virtual or vice versa? No problem! You can transfer between events.
6. How do I transfer events:

7. Can I do a bib exchange?

8. How do I submit my virtual results?
Go to your runsignup account. Click on results. Click submit virtual results. Follow the prompts. You will also receive a text the week of September 11 to submit results.
