Athena:  Female athletes over 165lbs
Clydesdale: Male athletes over 220lbs

Parking:

Parking is available inside the marina very close to the Transition Area within
immediate vicinity of the race site. Look for the many volunteers and signs upon
entry to the park for additional directions!
DO NOT park on the main road leading into the Marina. The main road is used to
get emergency vehicles in and out of the race venue and is the race course.
You MUST arrive before 7:30. At 7:30 the roads around the event are closed for the event. 

Packet Pickup:

Early Pickup: Friday June 22nd, 4-7pm  at the Chamber office 2814 Main Street Hot Springs Va 24445
Day of Pickup: 6:00—7:30am at the race site

Important information reguarding packet pickup:
1. MUST have your ID. No ID no race. Sorry USAT rules.
2. If you registered as a member of USAT, you must have your USAT card on you or you pay for a 1-day pass
(Recommendation: If you take a picture of your Photo ID & USAT card and keep it in your phone this is enough of proof of ID)

Do not leave home without these!

FAQs about packet pickup:
1. Can I pick up my friends?
NO. You can only pickup your packet. You must have your ID with you. 

2. I'm on a relay team, can I pick up the teams packet?
NO. You can only pickup the numbers for the portion of the event you are doing. Your team members will have to come and get their own. 

3. I'm a Minor, who can pick up mine?
Those under the age of 18 years old may have their parent/guardian pickup their packet.

Transition Areas:

Transition area will open at 6:00am. Close at 7:45am
Racks will be marked with a number range corresponding to bib numbers. First come first serve. Place your bike on the rack that corresponds with your bib number.
All bikes and transtion gear must be set up before 7:45. Transition area will close at 7:45am.

You may find that you finish the event before others are, we will let you in to the transition area to clean your area up, but please be mindful of those around you still racing. 

Aid Station:

Aid Stations
Bike: NO Aid Stations on the Bike Course
Run: Aid stations will be about every mile on the run course and will have Water.
