Coaches Information
Dear Athletic Directors and Coaches,
We are in full preparation for our invitational set to take place on Friday August 23rd. Athletic Directors should forward this note to their coaches as I may not have all of the coaches' contact information.
Here is some important information:
1. The coaches will need to enter their runners who will be participating in the event in the spreadsheet format and return the information to me by Monday 8/21 at noon. We will be using LinMark again to manage the electronic timing (https://www.linmarksports.com/). Please note that entries need to be submitted by using the attached spreadsheet. Please make sure to enter the correct information for each runner including first name, last name, school, gender, correct code for each race.
2. Course maps for the Var/Sub-varsity race and the MS race can be found under the race info icon at the top of this page.
3. Please notify your bus companies that they will not be allowed to park on our campus. We will park the buses at Northampton Community College during the races. The busing map that includes the location for the bus parking can also be found under the race information icon.
4. Coaches will need to check in at the tent located by the finish line to receive their race packets with the final instructions and race bibs for the runners. WE WILL HAVE A BRIEF COACHES MEETING AT 1:30 PM AT THE FINISH LINE.

· Middle School Girls’ @ 2:25 pm
· Boys’ Varsity @ 2:50 pm
· Girls’ Varsity @ 3:20 pm
· Sub-Varsity Boys’ @ 3:50 pm
· Sub-Varsity Girls’ @ 4:20pm
· Awards ceremony @ 4:50 pm
