Deferrals are allowed if done before to 15 days prior to the race. 10Ks and lower distances cost $10 and every other distance is $15. If you need to do this after 15 days prior ot the race the only other options are to give or sell your bib to someone else. If you have race insurance you can get your money back based on their policies on things that are covered. Most all races have a no refund policy for any reason. We allow deferrals up to 15 days to give racers some options
The reason for this policy is at 15 days prior to a race we are labeling bibs and making shirts for you. We are purchasing all your race items and organizing them so they are ready race day. Anything after 15 days prior to the race we have 100% spent your race fees. Thanks for understanding.
If you are before the 15 days prior to the race go to the upper right hand icon on the website and click Self Manage. This will give you options like deferrals, transferring to another racer, we also allow you to transfer to another of our On Hill Events races with the same fees and deadlines within the next 12 months from race date.
