5K Info
Welcome to the Movers Mile 5k!
All runners will get a bib and swag bag at registration. Our 5k will start just the same as the mile and then do an out and back on the scenic Bay Trail. There will be water and support at the turn around on the Bay Trail. This is a super flat and fast course with a little headwind on the return to Brickyard Cove.
More race day info will be sent the week of the event.
