Mutt March 2025 Event Info
Location & Parking
How long is the walk? There are 2 options – a quarter mile walk and a full-mile walk.
Where is Mutt March? The University of North Florida Athletic Complex/Hodges Stadium. 1 South UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224
Where can I park? Free parking is available at UNF Lot 18 (across from Hodges Stadium)
Registration
How to I register? You can register online by clicking here or in person at our administration offices, 8464 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville FL 32216.
When does registration close? Online registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 4th.
Can I register at the event? Yes, you can register as an individual at the event for $40. Team registration is not available at the event.
I registered online. Do I have to check-in at the event? Yes! If you registered online, please go to the registration table at the event to check-in. You will receive your Wag Bag and, if you ordered one, your t-shirt.
Can I pick up my Wag Bag and t-shirt early to skip the lines at registration? Yes! You can pick these items up from our administrative offices beginning Wednesday prior to the event. Wag Bags are available on a first serve basis, one per registrant. Our office is located at 8464 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville FL 32216.
Where is registration at the event? Registration is at UNF Hodges Stadium; exact location TBA.
What’s the difference between a “team” and an “individual”? Teams are a way for folks to come together to fundraise for JHS and experience Mutt March as a group.
Do I need to register my dog, myself, or both? Only humans need to register. Dogs and kids under 10 are free.
Event Timeline
What are the event hours? Mutt March is on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Event schedule is as follows (and subject to change):
- 8 a.m. Registration Check-In, Silent Auction opens
- 10:10 a.m. Fundraiser Awards Ceremony
- 10:30 a.m. March Begins
- 12:00 p.m. Silent Auction closes
- 1:00 p.m. Event ends
Food, Beverage & Restroom
Is water provided? Water will be provided for pets and people. Along the mile route, there will be four dog water stations and two human water stations.
Where are public restrooms located? Public restrooms are available inside the Hodges Stadium facility.
Are dog waste bags provided? We do our best to provide as many poop bags as possible but encourage you to bring your own. Please – scoop the poop!
T-Shirts
How do I get a t-shirt? T-shirts are available to purchase for a $20 donation during the registration process. A limited number of t-shirts will be available to purchase day-of at the event.
Fundraising Prizes
Mutt March participants can fundraise as individuals or as a team to make an even bigger impact for the animals at JHS. The top fundraising individuals and teams will win PAWsome prizes!

Emergencies and Safety
All pets are required to be on-leash for the entirety of the event.
University of North Florida Campus Police will be on-site for the duration of Mutt March. Veterinary services will not be provided. For pet emergencies during the event, please leave Mutt March and go directly to an emergency clinic.
