MILES FOR THE SMILES 5k

Join us in our first ever virtual race!

Join us from wherever you are in our first ever virtual race for CYFIP2 Network, a North Carolina based, charitable, nonprofit organization that raises awareness of Early Infantile Epileptic Encephalopathy and provides a community of support and resources to families of CYFIP2 related EIEE.

Complete your run/walk anytime during the week of June 16th to June 22nd!

Where: Anywhere! This is a virtual event that you can complete in your neighborhood, at your favorite park or on your favorite running trail, or on a treadmill even!!

Details: Plan your own 5K course and complete it at your own pace. Whatever time of day works best for you, and whichever day of the race week you are able to! This virtual race is entirely flexible to your schedule!

Teams: Team up with others to join the cause by forming virtual rally teams. Rally your friends, family, or coworkers, no matter where they are, to sign up and participate. Share your progress and team results on social media to inspire others and build a sense of community. This option is perfect for those who want to participate with friends and family while working on distance/timed races.

Registration: Register online to join the virtual race. On the registration page, you'll have the option to form a team if you'd like. You will receive a race bib and package by mail that will include your finisher's medal! Don't forget to share your experience with us by posting pictures and your results! Awards: We'll be recognizing participants with race medals, and virtually recognizing category winners, the most funds raised and largest team. Share your journey to the virtual finish line with us! 

Your participation in the MILES FOR THE SMILES 5k virtual race allows you to support a great cause at your a time and place of your choosing! All funds and donations received during this event go to assisting families of CYFIP2 related EIEE with resources and support options.
