Summer Sessions: Train with us on Thursdays from August 16- October 4 at 5:30 p.m.. We will meet at the main entrance of Carolinas HealthCare System (301 Yadkin Street Albemarle, NC 28001) Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
Whether you're an advanced runner or just beginning, come out and join us! Come by yourself or bring a friend, family member, or a group! We look forward to partnering with you in your health!
