Description
Please participate in the Virtual Fall 5K Race in Support of InterAct on Saturday, November 7th, 2020! “Dedicated to ending the cycle of domestic and sexual violence in Wake County, InterAct saves lives, rebuilds lives, and secures safer futures for victims and survivors and their families” (InterAct). Registration is free, but donations to InterAct are encouraged. Make a donation directly to InterAct at this link*! Donations are optional, but any amount is highly appreciated! Please put "Virtual Fall 5K in support of InterAct" in the "in honor of" box, so they know you registered for the race. Thank you so much for your support!
Additional Details: Due to COVID-19, this race will be virtual. Make the 5K fun by walking, running, biking, rollerblading, etc and complete it anywhere/anytime on November 7th that you choose! Be sure to stay safe and follow all COVID-19 guidelines! All participants will be emailed a certificate of completion at the end of the day. Anyone who takes one of the following additional actions AND tags @virtualfall5kisointeract on Instagram will also be eligible for a prize raffle:
- Post on your social media account after registering to encourage others to sign up by reposting one of our Instagram posts! Please be sure to tag @virtualfall5kisointeract on Instagram.
- Post a picture of you completing the race on the day of the race to your social media account. Please be sure to tag @virtualfall5kisointeract on Instagram. It can be a story or permanent post.
