Description
Fall 2022 Advanced Kids Run Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
Class is 8 weeks long, meeting once per week, and is geared toward intermediate youth runners aged 11-16 years old. Athletes should be able to run 2 to 3 miles without stopping, enjoy running, and have a desire to improve running pace, running efficiency, and mental blockers to pushing hard. Class will be capped at 15 registrants to give more individual attention from coach to runners.
- Class format:
- 10 min warm-up run and dynamic stretches,
- 30 - 40 mins run workout
- 5 mins cool down
- 10 mins body weight strength and stretching
Cost of the class is $80.
Cost includes: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a swag item.

Program dates: October 25, 2022 - December 13, 2022. 1 class per week: Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm. The class will meet at Hunter Street Park (1250 Ambergate Station, Apex, NC 27502) AND Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
