Join us for the 5th annual New Year's Resolution Run 10 Mile and 5k Walk/Run Presented by Baird on New Year's Day, through the heart of Downtown Asheville, NC at 10:00 am.

Start 2020 off with a bang! The Resolution Run events welcome families and participants of all ages to come run, walk or crawl their way to completing their first resolution! The 5k is a perfect distance for all abilities to run/walk and to start off your new year! The 10 mile event was designed with endurance road runners in mind. Both events are timed with chip timing.
Runners and Walkers participating in the 5k event will explore nearby downtown neighborhoods and experience the best of Asheville while completing their first 3.1 miles of the year. Runners participating in the ten mile event will wind their way through the beautiful rolling neighborhoods in N. Asheville around the flat (and fast) Beaver Lake area and through downtown Asheville.

COMMEMORATIVE MEDALS
Want to commemorate completing your very first resolution of 2020? Participants in the 5k event have the option of purchasing a Finisher Award during online registration for $10. Deadline for 5k participants to purchase a commemorative award is December 1st at midnight. (Medals can be purchased during the registration process, or by going to the iDaph Events shop here.)
All 10 mile finishers will receive a complimentary 10 Mile Resolution Run Finisher Medal (for the first 250 registrants)

OVERALL AND AGE GROUP PRIZES/AWARDS
OVERALL Category:
Overall male/female winners (top 3) and masters winners will receive gift certificates with their locally made pottery award.
AGE GROUPS Category:
Age Groups male/female winners (top 3) will receive a custom Resolution Run champagne flute.

15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over.
*Awards Ceremony to be held at approximately 11:30am in Pack Square.
RACE SHIRTS
5K Registration includes a comfy short-sleeve t-shirt in men's and women's fitted styles. 10 Mile Registration includes a soft, long-sleeve t-shirt (unisex sizing) until December 12th. After December 12th shirts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, in limited sizes for $10, when you register online.
PACKET PICKUP AND REGISTRATION
Early Packet pickup is at Baird (79 Woodfin Pl #103, Asheville, NC 28801) on Tuesday, December 31st from 2:00-4:00pm
Wednesday: January 1, 2020: 8:00-9:30am, Pack Square Park (Race Hub), by the stage. 121 College Street, Asheville.

Family Pack (3 or more registrants): When you register 3 or more participants, each person will receive a $3 discount! (Limited to 6 participants)

Spirited crown giveaway
This year, the first 250 participants to pick up their bib at Packet Pickup on New Year's Eve AT BAIRD, will get one of these 2020 Spirited Crowns.
As the saying goes, the early bird gets the crown!
Event Transfers
Did you sign up for the 5k and now you want to switch to the 10 mile? Or perhaps you didn't get all your training in and you signed up for the 10 mile and need to switch to the 5k?
The deadline to make this switch is Thursday, December 26th at midnight! To transfer from one event to another, follow along with the instructions in this video, or email support@idaph.net for assistance!
