UPDATE - Race Cancelled
Due to the uncertainty of the current conditions with COVID-19, the tough decision has been made to cancel the Legs for Life 5k this year. Refunds will be issued to all current registrants.
This race is such a fantastic event every year, and proceeds go to the Rehab/Wellness Fund. The Rehab/ Wellness Fund assists ARMC patients with lymphedema supplies, scales, appropriate tennis shoes for rehab, speech equipment for children, and wellness and chronic disease prevention programs- just to name a few.

This is a fun, fast 5k race perfect for both first time runners and long-time racers. A 0.8 mile free Fun Run is also available for kids of all ages.

Fast 5k course with a downhill finish! Set a new PR in 2020.
Two water stops will be provided along the course.
T-Shirts & Discounts
Gender-specific dry-fit shirts will be given to all 5k runners registered by August 16th.
All discount codes must be entered and applied at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Parking
Parking will be available in the lots at the hospital near the start/finish. Please follow signs and directions from volunteers.
Packet Pick Up Locations and Dates
Sleep in on race day and pick up your race swag bag and bib at early packet pick up! Pick up times available in Greensboro & Burlington.
