Description
Join OSB triathlon coaches Brianne & Marty Gaal for an adult beginner triathlete swimming clinic at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, North Carolina. Our 2023 beginner clinic date:
Saturday April 08 - 02:00PM to 05:00PM
Itinerary:
1 hour 15 - Introductions and 1 hour discussion of the basics of freestyle swim training for triathlon
30 minutes - Display of basic mechanics, correct swimming technique, and a swim drills review
1 hour - In water practice with the coaches: -
- Proper body position
- Proper breathing technique
- The essentials - extension and underwater pull
- Technique drills
15 minutes: Q&A and wrap up
Cost:
$110 with a copy of the Powerstroke: Speed through force and form DVD.
$90 without the DVD.
Maximum 12 participants.
Minimum requirement - you can swim a few lengths of the pool. Not suitable for completely new or non-swimmers.
What is included: Your coaches, snacks and drinks, and a booklet of presented materials & select articles.
What is not included: hotel stay, car, transport, etcetera.
Full refunds minus a 10% processing fee are available until 1 week prior to the clinic.
