Grist Mill 5K, Historic Murray's Mill

The 5th Annual Grist Mill 5K at the Historic Murray's Mill is an off-road course utilized by local high school cross country teams for local meets.  This course consists of mostly non-technical trails, with a few footbridges that cross the surrounding waterways and leads you by the placid pond as it slips over a mill dam, while the 28’ waterwheel of this National Register Historic Site makes its slow way round. This Event is being hosted by the Historical Association of Catawba County this historical race venue is also home to the Harvest Folk Festival. As a RunTimeRaces produced event, be assured this 5K will be well organized and leave you with an Awesome Race Experience. 

Early Registration through 11:59 am on Tuesday, October 22nd includes a LONG SLEEVE TECHNICAL RACE TEE.   Race Day Registration opens from 7:45 am - 8:45 am Race Day (NO Race Tee with Late or Race Day Registration).

Given to the top 3 male & female finishers, and top Overall Masters male and female. Awards will go to the top 3 male and female 5K finishers in the following age groups:

20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 Plus
