Registration and Bib Pickup
Online registration will close on Thursday, October 5, at midnight.
In-person registration and bib pickup will be available at Fleet Feet in Carrboro on Friday, October 6, from 12-6:30 pm, and Race Day morning.
IMPORTANT! In person registration on Friday or Race Day will be done electronically by scanning a QR code which will take you to the registration form that you will fill out on your phone. So, please bring your smart phone and credit card if you are registering in person. If you are already registered, you will just need your bib number to pick up your bib.
Race entries are not refundable and are not transferable, i.e., you cannot give your bib number to someone else. By doing so, the results (awards, age group, and overall) will be incorrect.
The race begins in front of McDougle Middle School, winds through downtown Carrboro and its neighborhoods, and finishes on the McDougle track.

For the Kids
Races for kids are FREE for children aged 2-9 and will be held after the race at approximately 9:30 (after the awards ceremony).
Stroller and Pet Policies
Baby strollers and joggers are permitted, but for the safety of all participants please start at the back behind the runners and walkers.
Pets are not permitted on the race course.
Walkers are welcome!
We encourage everyone to join us at our events. If you want to walk the course, that's great! However, if the trailing police car passes you, you must follow normal pedestrian rules -- move to the sidewalk or side of the road. Our timing service tries to capture the time for everyone who crosses the finish line, so even if the police close the course, you should receive a finish time.
Since the beginning of Le Tour in 2005, we have donated over $600,000 to our Community Partners!
Our 2023 Community Partners include The Arc of the Triangle, Carrboro Family Garden, Meals on Wheels of Orange County, Optimist Club of Chapel Hill, Orange County Rape Crisis Center, Table, and UNC Get Real & Heel Cancer Exercise Program.
