Description
Hearing the word "Footrace" gets my system rev'd up! Probably because it takes me back to when I was young - and we would have impromptu footraces all day, "race you to the telephone pole, GO!
Firecracker Footrace - July 3rd
- This Footrace will have a firecracker start and a firecracker finish!
- Run/Recover x 3: your overall average time = your result
- Detailed information on location & logistics will be provided upon registration.
The Sheltered Footraces are designed to bring us back to running the same course and getting results, while satisfying that competitive desire. The current situation requires us to do it a little differently to make sure we are keeping each other safe, and the footrace format will support that as the priority by strictly following the CDC and local guidelines. The footrace is organized but not formalized...and will get you out and back and on with your day. The overall results for all those participating will be posted at shortly after the last wave of the footrace.
