Hosted by the UNC-Chapel Hill Muslim Students Association, in collaboration with The Light House Project and the DYOR (Deah, Yusor & Razan) Clinic, the 3 Winners 5K is more than a race. It's an opportunity to carry forward a legacy of service.

On February 10, 2015, Deah Barakat, Yusor Abu-Salha, and Razan Abu-Salha were tragically killed in Chapel Hill. Though their lives were cut short, they left behind an extraordinary example of compassion, community service, and a commitment to improving the lives of others. Deah and Yusor had planned to dedicate their dental careers to serving underserved communities and providing care to refugees, while all three were deeply involved in volunteerism and humanitarian work.

Today, that legacy lives on through initiatives like the DYOR Clinic, which provides free dental care to refugees, uninsured individuals, and families with limited access to care.

Every registration and donation directly supports the DYOR Clinic's mission of expanding access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare for those who need it most.
