Description
Fight for Air Climbs are the American Lung Association’s most unique fundraisers. Climbs take place in prominent skyscrapers, stadiums or arenas and involve walking, running or racing up hundreds of steps. Sometimes called a "vertical road race", teams and individual participants can use the event as a fitness target, as a race, or as a great way to be active and meet new friends.
The Fight For Air Climb Charlotte will take place Saturday, March 28, 2015 at The VUE in Uptown Charlotte. Participants will race up the stairwell of the 50 story skyscraper in an effort to promote awareness and raise funding for lung health.
Participants are required to raise a minimum of $100 due by event day. Awards are also given to individuals and teams who raise the most money.
