8:00 a.m. Registration and packet pick-up

9:00 a.m. Race Start

10:00 a.m Kid's Fun Run, ages 4-12                                

10:15 a.m. Awards ceremony 

Registration includes a race T-shirt, but runners must register by March 24th to be guaranteed a shirt.

5k

Separate awards for male and female — Top 3 overall, and top 3 in each age group: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.

Kids Fun Run

Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each age category, for both genders. 

 

This year the goal of the QC5K is raise awareness of the needs in our community and to give children and teenagers, in surrounding neighborhoods, a safe place to play. We will do this by building a regulation basketball court, that is fenced, on site at Eastside Church. This idea came about because children in our community have been specifically asking for a basketball court, that is within a safe walking distance from their homes. We need your support to make this a reality.

This is a great trail race in a scenic park in Charlotte, NC. Run through woodlands, around ponds, and back to the dramatic finish.

The kids fun fun run is a .2 of a mile loop. This race  is immediately following the 5k and will use the same start finish line.
