Run For You- Run Far: Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program is a 24 week Marathon and Half Marathon running training program to prepare all levels of runners who want to complete a marathon or half marathon. Runners are coached in 3 weekly sessions (Saturdays 7:00 AM all Run For Your Life locations, Tuesdays 5:30 AM and Thursdays 5:30 AM at Piper Glen and Dilworth, Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. and Thursdays 6:30 p.m. at University) with runners of similar ability and pace. A detailed training schedule is provided which includes all the key workouts to complete a marathon or half successfully. This is a fun training program with experienced and inspiring coaches that help members achieve their goals.
Run Far training will begin on June 6, 2015 and end on November 7, 2015 for the Piper Glen, Dilworth, and University locations.
Run Far training programs will be available at three Run For Your Life locations (Dilworth, Piper Glen, & University).
