Description
6 week swim/run training with USAT Coach Jody Frazier and Swim Team Coach Shelena Davis!
Wednesday nights 7pm - 8:15pm include running drills, athletic conditioning and maybe some bootcamp exercises too!
Saturday mornings 8am - 9am include swim technique and speed drills. Optional group run at 9am.
Finish the 6 week session with our style of a Splash (swim) and Dash (run) race supported by the YWCA Central Carolinas for free!
