West Rowan Bible Teaching Association 5K and Fun Run!

West Rowan Elementary School - 480 Mimosa Street, Cleveland, NC  27013

Proceeds:  All proceeds will go to support the West Rowan Bible Teaching Association (WRBTA).  The WRBTA is a 100% community funded nonprofit organization whose purpose is to raise funds to provide the support necessary for the Bible classes in our West Rowan area schools.  For more information or to donate online, check out WRBTA.com.

Race Day Registration & Check-In: 8:00 – 8:45 a.m at West Rowan Elementary.  5K race-day registration is $35.  Fun Run race-day registration is $20.

5K Run/Walk: 9:00 a.m.  Fun Run:  10:15 a.m.

5K Awards: Top three overall male and female winners will receive a prize and a medal.  1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group male and female will receive a medal.

Cash Prizes for overall winners are as follows:

1st place male overall - medal plus $50 cash and $50 gift card
1st place female overall - medal plus $50 cash and $50 gift card
2nd place male overall - medal and $50 cash
2nd place female overall - medal and $50 cash
3rd place male overall - medal and $25 cash
3rd place female overall - medal and $25 cash

5K Age Groups:  14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-59, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

Fun Run Awards (ages 12 & under are eligible):  All participants will get a medal. 

Awards will be presented race day immediately after the Fun Run.  No awards will be mailed.  Participants must complete race to receive an award.

Shirts: Short-sleeve T-shirts for preregistered runners.  T-Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by April 1.  Available to others on race day as supplies last.

Course:  The race starts and ends at West Rowan Elementary.  Course will use downtown Cleveland, including the historic Main Street area.  The course is flat and fast!!
