Join us for the 4th Annual

LET'S GET MOVING EVENT & 5K!

Join us on Saturday, September 19, at Harris Road Middle School in Concord, NC for an inclusive celebration of movement, community, and fun for ALL ABILITIES!

Whether you run, walk, roll, or cheer from the sidelines, there's something for everyone. Every registration supports the mission of KennedyStrong Foundation, helping create opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive.

The festivities kick off at 8am with a DJ, family-friendly activities, a 5K, Buddy Run, and Activity Adventure Course—all designed to get every body in motion.

8am – Event Opens & Race Day Packet Pickup
9am – Buddy Run
9:30am – 5K Begins
9:30–10:30am – Activity Adventure Course

Enjoy a DJ, family-friendly activities, and fun for all ages throughout the morning!

Registration

Register by Friday, September 4th to guarantee your event T-shirt.
Registrations after September 4 will receive shirts while supplies last.
Virtual 5K participants are welcome to join from anywhere.

Awards & Participant Perks

Awards will be presented to the top overall and age-group 5K finishers, as well as the top Buddy Run and Activity Adventure Course participants. (Virtual participants are not eligible for awards.)
