Description
Our annual 22 mile ruck march to raise awareness for veterans battling PTSD. This ruck march/walk recommends but does not require a ruck sack with 22 pounds of weight in it to symbolize the weight that these brave veterans carry with them on a daily basis. Also, the number 22 is indicative of the veterans that lose their battle with PTSD to suicide on a daily basis. This year the ruck march is VIRTUAL due to COVID-19. You can complete the ruck all in one day or in segments throughout the month of November. If you choose to complete it in one day, we recommend Nov 7 (the Saturday before Veteran's Day) or if you're free, Veteran's Day (Nov 11). You can also complete the ruck anywhere you'd like (legally). All we ask is that you actually put in the work and document it for us. Use the hashtag #letssaveone when you are participating. Tag us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Once you're done, just let us know! Good luck!
