The Puppy Rescue 5K

Kreitzer's Critter Corral Puppy Rescue (KCCPR) is proud to present the fifth annual Puppy Rescue 5K. On April 1, 2017 friends, supporters, volunteers, and local businesses will come together at Frank Liske Park in Concord for a fun and healthy way to support KCCPR, and we want YOU to be a part of this wonderful event!

Help us celebrate 13 years of rescuing dogs and puppies.

We are a Christian based, non-profit puppy rescue in Cabarrus County, NC. We believe that all animals are God's creatures and we are put on this earth to care for them as Christ cares for us.

Our mission is to provide a safe and loving environment for puppies, pregnant female dogs and female dogs that have recently given birth.

We educate people on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets, making sure their pets are kept current on shots, heart-worm and flea preventatives.

We help people to understand that pets are not disposable. They are to be members of the family and not thrown away.

Registration / Packet Pickup – Race Day, Saturday, April 1, from 8:30am to 9:30am at Hartsell Shelter.

Entry Fees
Each race entry receives one t-shirt. Each dog entry receives one bandana.  
(Guaranteed shirt/bandana through March 17)

• 5K - $25.00 per person
• $30 after March 17th
• $35.00 race day
• Fun Run / walk - $15.00 per person
• Dogs - $8.00 each (proof of rabies vaccine required) - One dog per registered 5k runner

Can't attend our race in person but still want to support our rescue?  Become a Virtual Runner  - $25.00 per person includes a T-shirt. 

Additional T-Shirt - $10.00 each; Additional Bandanas - $5.00

Teams of 5 or more are $22.00 each participant.
