Description
Traverse the stunning trail landscape between Pilot Mountain State Park and Hanging Rock State Park. These serene 50 mi and 50k trails include the park's trails, themselves, as well as the connector, the Sauratown Trail System. This system, while clearly marked, is known to few, and snakes through miles and miles of mountains, fields, streams, and farms.
Race finishes at the Green Heron Club, where free food, beer and live music await those energy-depleted, endorphin-overdosed champions of the forest!
