Race for A Cause -- Help Send Kids to Summer Camp! 

“Summer learning [including] camp has a real positive impact on both academic and social-emotional development. It provides structure to children’s summer experiences, making it more likely that they will stay engaged and focused and out of trouble.”  - Options for Youth website   

Deaton Resource Center is teaming up with the YMCA to host a 5K run on Healthy Kids Day, with a goal of raising funds to provide the opportunity for kids to experience summer day camp!

Healthy Kids Day 5K TRAIL RACE is a Fun Run Event in coordination with Sally's YMCA!  In addition to the 5K, there will be games and activities for the family.  Please consider racing, attending and/or donating to this cause!

** RACE THEME ** DRESS AS YOUR FAVORITE HERO for this Race, as YOU will be the ultimate Hero by contributing to this worthy Cause!  Hero Apparel may include your favorite superhero, emergency services, military personnel, etc.  Be creative!

Sponsorship Levels …. 

Gold ... $1,000   /   Business Recognition on t-shirts (large font); print material, press releases and social media recognition; large business signage at the race (with your logo); Includes FREE Race Day table to promote your business. Most importantly, you will be helping make a difference for youth in need by providing 11 weeks of summer camp. 

Silver ... $500   /   Business Recognition on t-Shirts (medium font), print material, press releases and social media recognition for your business; business signage at the race. Most importantly, you will be helping make a difference for youth in need by providing 5.5 weeks of summer camp. 

Bronze ... $250   /   Business Recognition on t-Shirts (small font), business signage at the race. Most importantly, you will be helping make a difference for youth in need by providing 2.5 weeks of summer camp.
