Description
Please join us for the St James Elementary School Royal Run 5k & 1 Mile Fun Walk on Saturday, November 9th, 2024! We have an incredibly fun event planned, and all proceeds will directly benefit SJES to support the programming and supplies our children benefit from throughout the school year!

Race entry includes pre-race fun, t-shirt, age group certificates, finisher medals for all kids and a fabulous finish line festival!

5k Course Map
1. Start Line is midway in back school driveway
2. Cross St. James Church Road into Canopy Creek
3. Follow Canopy Creek Drive, curving left BEHIND Canopy pool, all the way to Verdict Ridge Drive
4. Turn Right onto Verdict Ridge Drive
5. Pass Oakmont, turn right onto Sahalee
6. Follow Sahalee to end loop, around and back out to Verdict Ridge Drive
7. Straight down Verdict Ridge Drive to Winged Foot
8. Left onto Winged Foot
9. Turn around in cul de sac at The Greens sign
10. Back out to Verdict Ridge Drive
11. Turn Right onto Verdict Ridge Drive and follow to Killian Creek
12. Turn Right onto Killian Creek Drive and follow around the loop at Ava Lane
13. Stay on Killian Creek Drive back to Verdict Ridge Drive, crossing over, back into Canopy Creek, on Canopy Creek Drive
14. First left onto Turtle Creek Drive, looping around to the stop sign.
15. Turn Right at stop sign/model home/sales office
16. Cross over St. James Church Road, back into school driveway to finish line

The one mile fun run/walk (un-timed) will follow the runners leaving school property, and turn around on Oakmont Road and return to school.
The finish line is at the back parking lot, where finish line festival and post-race fun begins!
