Description
Join us on October 1st, 2017 for the 7th annual Ales for Rail Trails 5K! This community 5K will start and finish at Fullsteam Brewery and the course will wind through Old North Durham to Duke Park and along the Ellerbe Creek Trail.
The course map can be found here. Parking is very limited, so please visit race website for information on parking, packet pick-up, and race updates!
All participants will receive a custom Ales for Rail Trails pint glass filled with local Fullsteam ale, and entered to win prizes and gift certificates from several local businesses! Overall male and finishers will receive custom awards!
This year, all 5K participants are also welcome to attend the Southeast Greenways & Trails Summit keynote speaker reception at the Durham Armory at 5PM. Food and drink from local vendors provided! Please RSVP with your race registration.
